Take away food, clothing and shelter from the impoverished. Force them into submission.
The quote above is about Hamas, but the truth is that it is any government that wants what they want and doesn’t care about the cost to their citizens. Doesn’t care that they suffer and then are forced into military service. It is their goal achieved.
It is what the United States government is doing right now. What is removal of federal funds for states? The answer is: forced submission through forced poverty.
