For those of you who have not been there, Boston is a great city. It is filled with Patriots. True patriots, who understand that they walk the same streets as people like Paul Revere.
It is a city that is brave and stood up to British oppression. It carries bold legacies. It is a city that values public resources being open and accessible.
It is a place where I saw clearly that diversity was not a threat, but an asset. Where millions of people had access to and use clean and affordable public transportation.
It is a city I would gladly and proudly call home.
Keep up the good fight, Bostonians. Minnesota is rooting for you.
